Automatic

Our highly sophisticated fully automatic dual coiling machine is designed to be used where cycle time is critical. Continuous run mode automatically cycles between the dual bobbins for virtually non-stop operation. The easy to use operator interface allows for quick initial setup or product changeover. Hundreds of product recipes can be store for easy retrieval. Adjustable parameters include coil width, product diameter, and coil length. An adjustable dancer arm assembly ensures consistant winding tension and automatically adjusts winding speed to keep up with the upstream process. The automatic take-up feature temporarily increases the winding speed to allow for the take-up of any slack created during the bobbin change.

Semi-Automatic

Our semi-automatic coiling machine has all the features of our fully-automatic model, with the exception of the automatic bobbin loading mechanism. Suitable for applications where cycle time is less critical or line speeds are slower. Built with high quality components, it's robust design means years of trouble-free operation.
