From mechanical design to electrical build, and from PLC programming to fabrication and paint, our well laid out modern facility houses the equipment and the people necessary to bring any project to fruition.

A project will begin with a meeting of our mechanical and electrical design staff, concepts and ideas are put forward and all aspects of the job are discussed, a plan is executed and a more detailed concept can be created. Upon completion a final review by all involved parties is the initiation for the final design process to begin.

Only when a final design is approved for production does the build portion of the project begin. Machine components are made to print specifications, close tolerances and quality finishes are achieved by skilled tradesman operating the finest in CNC machine tools.

Seasoned machine builders with extensive knowledge and understanding of bearing fits and alignments, pneumatic actuators, valves and fittings and with the expertise to bring it all together work to assemble a machine from the myriad of manufactured and purchased components.

Pneumatic lines run from actuators to valves, and electrical wires power motors and sensing devices. Hundreds of individual manufactured and purchased components have been assembled into sub assemblies and these in turn have been combined to create the overall assembly. The program designer downloads his program into the PLC, the machine is ready to power up and the process of final adjustments and fine tuning can begin.

No machine leaves our facility before successfully completing a production run off. Emphasis is placed on mirroring the performance expectations of the machine once it has left our facility and has been launched into service. Only with the customers complete satisfaction and signature of approval is a piece of equipment made ready to ship.
