  A machinery rebuild can involve simple component repair and replacement to a complete machine tear-down and overhaul, depending on your requirements and the condition of the machine. The end result is a machine that is as good as, or better than new.
A rebuild can include stripping the machine down to its bare frame, then rebuilding or replacing all of the individual components. When finished, your machine will have better tolerances, specifications, and perhaps an entirely new appearance.

Today many existing machines, while still running reliably, are equipped with obsolete or unsafe components. A machine rebuild generally includes a complete control system upgrade. Relays and contactors, which are prone to failure, are replaced by a modern Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
Complicated pushbutton and switch type operator controls can be upgraded to an easy to use touchscreen, also known as a Human Machine Interface, or HMI.
Safety systems are improved or added in order to meet todays strict machine safety standards.
