Matrix Boring Machine  

Our well-engineered Matrix Boring Machine specifically design for the wood working machinery industry is capable of drilling a stack of 12 boards at one time and can process up to 3600 boards per hour. The self centering heads enable each board to be drilled precisely on center at all times and has the ability to process 1/2",5/8” or 3/4" thick product. Stacks lengths can vary as the Matrix Boring Machine has an auto length feature which allows for any length stack to enter the machine at any time. The board stack is securely clamped on three planes guaranteeing the holes are accurate and true. This proven design will dramatically increase your productivity and reduce your labor.

 
Feed Through Boring Machine  

Ambeau-Amos Tooling & Design's Feed Through Boring Machine has proven with great success the quality of our equipment. Matched with your line speed, this boring machine can accurately drill into the top, sides and bottom of the boards. Set-up is achieved in under one minute utilizing the operator interface screen and an easily adjustable lead screw. As in all of our equipment, rigid well-engineered components comprise this unit ensuring accuracy, longevity and efficiency. Our Packaging Lines are specifically designed to suit each of our customer’s requirements and compliment our wood working machinery. Whether your requirements are of a more manual process or a more automated process we can accommodate any of your packaging needs. Our fully automated Package Line has been proven and has reduced a manual process of 12 persons down to 4 and has also dramatically increased their production levels to nearly double of the previous manual process. Utilizing the latest hot melt technology coupled with our well engineered designs we can assure that each product is a well packaged and sealed.
